Bradnams Saw & Tooling manufacture bespoke speciality tools for the wood working industry, enabling reproduction of classic architectural moldings and speciality designs using the latest computer technology in our modern workshops.

 

Our new template making facility is an automatic template maker that produces accurate templates at a fraction of the time of traditional methods. Using CNC technology, complex profiles can be drawn on screen or transferred from the scanner. They are then downloaded to the machining unit for immediate production.

 

Perfectly symmetrical templates are produced in minutes, giving outstanding productivity and a high quality finish to your work.

 

 

For regrinding saw blades we use a high performance carbide tipped grinding machine. Our experienced and highly trained operators guide the machine with such an accuracy, we can grind any tooth shape efficiently and smoothly in a single operation. Circular saws, band saws, handsaws... whatever it is we can bring it back to it's original working glory.
